Kristen Greco Workshop
“The Space Between”
A Dynamic Investigation of Contact Improvisation
When we awaken our daily body, we can begin to excavate the subtle levels of perception that leads us into the fertile ground of embodied movement. In this workshop, Kristen Greco will help us focus awareness of options for movement, providing opportunities to explore active and contemplative states of movement, expanding physical skills and heightening poetic awareness.
By noticing what is available to us in each moment of movement, we’ll investigate the spaces in between perception and action. We will develop solo, duet and group dancing as dynamic improvised compositions.
If you love to move and explore new approaches to physicality, whether you are new to Contact Improvisation or have danced for years, this workshop is for you!
